1. ZF Production System deployment to achieve ZF PS objectives in ZJG braking and steering plants 2. Train shopfloor team according to the ZF PS Method Box, e.g. VSA, 5S, TPM, Changeover Optimization, Standardized Work, Line Balancing, etc.3. Initiate and realize changes with the direct report manager as well as shopfloor team to improve shopfloor management, productivity, material flow, KAIZEN and so on.4. Facilitate ZF Production System Lean Evaluation/Assessment to monitor the improvement progress in plant and drive continuous improvement.5.
